I'm on a mission to perfect my molten brownie recipe, so I gave it to chefs and food writers to get some feedback! Also included some reviews that made me snort from laughter.
A "TRUE" MOLTEN BROWNIE
WHAT MAKES MY BROWNIES SPECIAL?
Most molten/lava brownies use frozen or piped fillings that make them overly sweet.
It took me 6 months of recipe development to design a "true" molten brownie. It has a chewy, cakey crust and a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth molten core - that stems from the batter and a special baking technique. The technique is so temperamental that if I'm 30 seconds off, the entire batch is ruined!
But as a result, GET BAKED's brownies have been praised for being extremely rich and a chocolate lover's dream - as one customer described it, eating a spoonful feels like a "warm hug".

HEATED
Molten and melts-in-your-mouth - it's almost like a portable mini lava cake. Imagine dosing yourself up with a spoonful of warm oozy chocolate, which melts slowly onto the roof of your mouth - and where it doesn't stick to your teeth! I took that into account during my recipe development too.
And you can heat it up via the microwave, air fryer, oven, toaster, and even using a BBQ pit! -
ROOM TEMPERATURE
At room temperature, you'll get a fudgy brownie with a creamy core. Eating this with some melted chocolate dribbled on top is gonna bring you to high heaven. -
REFRIGERATED
Eaten straight out of the fridge, it tastes like an extremely rich chocolate bar + brownie hybrid. Many of my customers said this is the best way to appreciate the depth and combination of flavors that my brownies have to offer.

I specialise in fun-sized creamy, molten brownies made with premium Belgian chocolate! 🍫 Each of my brownies are 4x4cm, but they’re moist, rich, creamy, and incredibly indulgent making it an addictive treat which will make you want to pop-in another!
My box of molten brownies currently comes with two different toppings - Callebaut Dark Chocolate (Cacao) and Maldon Sea Salt (La Mer). More flavors will be added in the future!

Room Temperature: Microwave for ~10s
Straight from the fridge: Microwave for ~15s
*Do take note that there may be differences in the duration it takes for your brownies achieve the molten state. As a reference, our microwave is 900W and I heat it up for 10s when they've been left out at ROOM TEMPERATURE for 30min
You can also use an oven and an air fryer to heat the brownies up!

Yes they are! I bake to order and I prioritise quality over mass production, so only 10 boxes can be made per day (for now)
No pork, no lard, and I use halal-friendly ingredients, but please do note that we aren’t officially halal certified (for now)!

Yes, my bakes do contain dairy and gluten. Since I'm a home-based baker, do take note that the bakes are made in the common kitchen area that is exposed to nuts and caffeine.
Yes! I provide $12 islandwide delivery. However, if you get 3 boxes you qualify for free delivery! Yay!
The delivery window changes each month. We’ll inform you of a more specific time the day before your collection date!
Yes, you can! Collection will be from Nim Gardens condo in Yio Chu Kang, 807586.
You can keep your box of delectable brownies in the fridge for up to 2 weeks! If you cling-wrap the box and place it in the freezer, it can last much longer (we're talking about months!).
*IMPORTANT: Please note that if you opt to place it in the freezer, remember to thaw the box whilst it’s STILL WRAPPED in cling-wrap until it reaches room temperature before taking the brownies out of the box! Or else it’ll condense!
