How It Works
Simple and flexible, here's how the ordering and payment process works!

Order a sample box, and I'll deliver it personally to your office where we can have a quick chat on your needs and how I can work together with you to fulfil them!
Start Ordering!
Client sends over Digital Order Sheet (DOS) to Jess via dedicated Customer Service Channel. And don't worry - tiers can change monthly! So if you have any last minute orders, it'll be added to your tier!
Deposit Upon Monthly Order Confirmation
To cover the ingredient cost and any custom packaging that I have to design/order, a 50% deposit for each order/variation in order eg. adding/cancelling orders is required upon submission of the DOS via bank transfer at the beginning of each month.
Do note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable!

Changes to the orders placed?
Just indicate the changes in the DOS! Do note that new orders/changes to existing orders placed will have to be made at least 48 hours in advance!
End-of-month Tabulation
A monthly tabulation of orders will be done on the 25th of each month
Payment
The balance 50% payment must be made by the last working day of each month. An invoice can be generated upon request!
