Finally - a decadent gluten-free brownie that doesn't compromise on taste! It's healthier whilst still retaining that rich, molten center that everybody loves.

By default, every box comes with 6 pieces of La Mer and Cacao, my current two flavors!

La Mer (Maldon Sea Salt) - The best way to savour my Molten Brownies (customers agree!) The crunch of the sea salt complements the rich bittersweet flavor
profile of the brownie, and also allows the textural contrast to
shine. It's a crowd favorite!

Cacao (Callebaut Chocolate) - This is a chocolate lovers' dream! I developed the toppings (tempered chocolate and piped dark chocolate) such that it melts
when heated up, transforming into a ganache cream that lends an
insanely crazy burst of chocolatey-ness without being overly
sweet. It's "crazy good" and "feels like a warm hug" as described by one of my customers!

In case you're wondering, I use Bob Mill's Whole Grain Oat Flour that is certified gluten-free! However, do take note that the area in which I bake my brownies is exposed to gluten.
